The problem as I see it is lots of bad mortgages because of declining housing prices. Well, as a survivor of the Carter years, I remember the days of double digit inflation. Prices of everything went up, including housing, but the nice thing is that people with fixed mortgages didn't have their mortgage payment go up. In fact, mortgage payments go downright cheap as prices of everything else went up and wages followed. So if we flood the country with extra money via the printing press, home prices will go up enough to cover the now bad mortgages. Hey wait! I mean... if we want people to learn about laws and rules from society they should make schools just about that, because if we don go to school we cannot get good jobs and without good jobs we got no money and with no money means no life. I think we cannot be free because its all a responsibility and we're all trapped in a sphere where you cannot run away and if you do your life might be spoiled forever, everything starting at school. No one really has a chance to do anything after finishing school, even though those who finish school only have little time for themselves (vacations) because we're slaves of education. There is also a theory that people who dont go to schools are very talented people. One man once thought of this and didnt sent her daughter to school... and all he tought her was chess... I requested money transfer of a matured 1-year CD in Net Bank(which is an online bank), but nothing has been done till now after 10 days. I called them again and again for almost 20 times, but every time I was told it would be done within that day and they would call me back. Still , nothing ever happened.
