I've had my Wii for a week and half. I brought two accessories for it just in case. They are a wii classic controller and a 2 GB SD card. Now I find out that both are useless or are they? I currently have Brawl, TOS : Dawn of the New World, Wii Sports, and Mario Galaxy saved to the Wii as well as the internet channel. Today I purchased Datel Wii Powersaves which contains a 1GB SD card for use with the Nintendo Wii. However when I insert the card into the Wii, and go to data management, it says "the device in the sd card slot can't be used". I am definitely inserting the card correctly and it is not locked. My Wii fit has been working fine until the batteries died. I replaced them and now the blue power light constantly flashes. When I put the batteries in the light flashes and I cant synchronise it. I have tried all the usual sync resolutions but it doesnt work. Left it at a friends house (all adults) for a week or so. Got it back and it doesn't work now. When it says to place it on the floor and press the power button, it blinks for a second or two then stops. I pressed the little red sync button and the blue sync light blinked for a few seconds and it still didn't work. I replaced the batteries, repeated the above and it still does not work.
