About to buy a beautiful single family home in a great country club in Florida. My husband and I bought our first home in May of 2006. We have been trying to refinance but are having problems because 1) we have not paid enough of the balance down yet and 2) it is a manufactured home. Recently we ran into some personal problems which require some extra cash that we do not have. I called our credit union where we already have a personal loan out and have not been late at all. They told me our best bet would be a second mortgage and we could roll our personal loan into this. My husband thinks this is a terrible idea. I am not the best with finance matters of this sort. My main question is: will having a second mortgage make it harder to refinance, because we really need to do that at some point, we have an ARM and need a fixed rate. sold $9k worth of stock. I went to withdraw the money $9,060 and it states that I only have $60 available to withdraw? I went back and checked my balances and it said I had $9,000 availble for 'trading' and $60 as a 'cash balance'. I bought a house for $18k and I need to seal the deal with the title company next week. So what's the deals with them not allowing me to withdraw this money? I sold the stock Monday. I also used different amount in case they charged to send the transaction. I even tried to withdraw just the $9k. Anyways, anybody know out there? Hi ! I am new to ebay. I really need to buy barbells for my tongue piercings. They cost around 10$ The problem is that i live in Pakistan and I don't have my personal credit card. And I cant borrow it from anyone else either. Now I can either transfer it electronically through my bank account to the seller's bank account or I can send the money via mail. In both the cases; will I have any proof of me paying the seller and I dont have any assurance if the seller will actually send stuff to me even if he does deliver worldwide.
