I had filed for bankcruptcy 3 years ago. Two years ago I refinanced my house with a adjustable rate mortgage which is due to reset this October. When I did the refinance I rolled an existing second mortgage into my new loan. Since my bankcruptcy I have had a perfect payment history and have paid off several new loans to help improve my credit. Unfortunately the credit agencys are reporting the previous house loan and the second mortgage as included in the bankruptcy which they were not. Both loans were paid off with the refinance. I have contacted all three credit agencies numerous times, sent them the bankruptcy paperwork which showed the house as being excluded from the bankruptcy as well as the new loan which shows both loans being paid off. They still refuse to update my credit report. Since these show up in my credit as foreclosures/bankruptcy, I cannot refinance without paying a high interest rate. Is there any legal action I can take to get this resolved... details >>>

I run an online site that generates revenue through SMS payments. I live in America, and as most of my customers are European the company that manages the payments is also located in the UK. For some reason they will not send money directly to an American bank, so I have a friend in the UK that I get the money sent to, after which he wires it over the bank to me. Is this illegal in any way? Some people have warned me it might be money laundering but I am not sure. Recently I have been frauded out of $750 plus the $14.16 to wire the money totaling an amount of $764.16 to receive a "Loan" from a place called "FirstLine Financial Services" when it came time for them to deposit the $5000 they never did, upon calling them I got one excuse after another and they told me that I had the option to send another $750 to secure the loan or to get a refund and I told them that I wanted a refund, I gave these people my bank account info, but thank God I found out what they were doing and they did not get to my account, but now I am out $750 that was to be used to fly my step-daughter, who is only 6, home from Guam. Is there any justice or leagel system that can help us people that get scammed so that we are not out this money? Do they have a strong enough legal system to catch these people? ... details >>>

I keep getting emails to participate by allowing money sent in to my newly setup checking account and later instructing me to wire transferring the funds to a later named account. I am guaranteed min $2300/mo. What is the scam? How does it work? Aside from possibly getting ripped off, is it legal?
