Contents of Michael Jackson’s Will Revealed - Reports from TMZ state that Michael Jackson’s will have been filed and he named his mother, Katherine, as guardian of his three children. If she preceded him in death or was unable to serve, he requested Diana Ross. The five page will leaves his entire estate to his family trust, the contents of which remain confidential. He names John Branca, John McClain and Barry Siegel as co-executors of his will; however Barry Siegel gave up his role in 2003. Branca and McClain released the following statement: “The most important element of Michael’s will is his unwavering desire that his mother, Katherine, become the legal guardian for his three children.” Initial reports indicated that Michael’s family was unaware of the existence of a will.
