I'm 5' 4" and weigh 130, trying to get down to 112-115. I just want to know how many calories the biggest loser cardio dvd burns for me. I need to know the whole thing. I'm looking to get one of these two games but I was wondering which has more cardio workouts? I've tried a few workouts on the Fit and liked the hoola hoop and running but wasn't that into the balancing and the yoga workouts. I want a good cardio workout that gets my heart rate up. Have them? Use them? I'm contemplating getting a wii fit to help me lose weight, but I've heard its not as good as some of the other games i mentioned, If you have any of these games please let me know your opinion on which i should get and whether or not it helped you loose any weight!!
