Install the trac 0.11 on the ubuntu

you can use easy_install to install the trac after installed python-setuptools sudo easy_install Trac, will you can installl the trac0.11 ,if you use the apt-get to install the trac ,it's 0.10.4 by default .then you can install some plugins like xml...

fix bug of the spider of the phpdig

Today , I try to install the phpdig on local host, my php version is 5.2.3, then the spider cannot work.. the solution is remove last char in root_function.php ,line 650 .this one "ÿ".
