据2月11日消息报道，业内厂商人士透露，TD二期建网进展迅速，截至2月10日，TD二期建网城市中已经有19个城市已打通以视频通话为标志的首个TD电话。如加上一期建网的8个城市，国内具备支持中国移动TD服务能力的城市已达27个。众所周知，在2008年12月，随着中国移动扩大TD-SCDMA规模网络技术应用建设，TD二期工程陆续在全国28个城市展开。据介绍，由于进度略有差异，各地打通首个TD电话的时间不一。截止春节前，总共有17个城市打通了首个TD电话。其中，中兴在长沙打通了第一个电话，普天...
