According to a recent survey of over 2,500 people undertaken by Keep Britain Working www.keepbritainworking.com Men and women across the UK are prepared to be flexible if it will stop them and their colleagues losing their jobs. This is what the survey showed, There are differences in the way men and women will support their colleagues. Men are more willing to accept a cut in pay (Men 34%; Women 24%) while Women are more willing to reduce their hours (Women 53%, Men 34%.) If, however, bosses asked for sacrifices without making any themselves women are more outraged than men and are more likely to take action - Women are more likely to challenge their boss (more than half of all women compared to 47% of Men) and Women are also more likely to take strike action (4% of women compared to 3% of Men.) // < ![CDATA[ google_ad_client = "pub-8661524010035949"; /* 468x60, created 14/07/09 */ google_ad_slot = "9249173775"; google_ad_width = 468; google_ad_... http://claresblog.mintfactory.co.uk/20...
