One of the investors in the Series B round was former treasury secretary Henry Paulson. Apparently, Paulson will have more of a role with the company than simply an investor. Paulson will be an advisor to the company on its dealings in China. Ms. Saltness tells ABG Henry Paulson is now an advisor to the company and will be providing guidance on Coda's work with Chinese companies.
