Painea este perfecta pentru micul dejun. Iata cum o poti combina, in functie de preferintele tale. Digesta, cu gem de fructe 1 lingurita de gem 20g + 1 bucata de bagheta 50g = 180 kcal, adica 4,6g d eproteine, 0,5g lipide, 40,8g glucide Atuuri: toate gemurile sau dulceturile, indiferent de fruct, sunt bogate in pectine, fibre care absorb grasimile si glucidele, impiedicand trecerea lor in sange. Mai contin fructoza, zaharul natural al fructelor, asimilat foarte incet de organism. Puncte slabe: fierberea fructelor antreneaza pierderea de vitamine si minerale. Cu cele 280kcal si 69g de glucide la 100g, gemurile trebuie consumate cu moderatie. Sfatul nostru: Alege un gem cu fructoza sau sarac in zahar. Este mai sarac in calorii, dar va fi la fel de savuros. Tonica, cu miere de albine 1 lingurita de miere 20g + 1 bucata bagheta 50g = 193 kcal, adica 4,7g proteine, 0,5g lipide, 42,8 glucide.
