Boost your job hunting prospects   Social networking sites are now used by one on three employers to connect with potential recruits. Which means that it's no longer just a case of what you know but how you promote yourself on Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn that will give you the upper hand in today's tough jobs market.   According to research from recruitment specialist Harvey Nash and the Department for Work and Pensions, half of employers believe that if candidates invest time in developing a strong online brand using social networks and networking, they are more likely to be hired.   "Employers are increasingly looking for new recruits who have a strong online brand," says social networking expert Dan Rutherford.   "A good place to start is with your Facebook profile.
