Which Wii game has more cardio, Fit or Active?

I'm looking to get one of these two games but I was wondering which has more cardio workouts? I've tried a few workouts on the Fit and liked the hoola hoop and running but wasn't that into the balancing and the yoga workouts. I want a good cardio workout that gets my heart rate up.
