Please, Can Some1 Help Me, I'm In Need Of Some Major Info?? I Am Trying To Find A Web Designer To ?

help create a new handbag business for me...All of the templates that I like are done by merchant moms, wahmshoppes, pappashoppe, proshoppe, posh carts, and etc...My problem is that I want to be seen & picked up by the search engines, and some1 told me that u needed a major hosting company to host you if you didn't want to b seen @ the end of the list..I want to use the web designers from wahmshoppes, but I don't want that to affect my search standings with google, msn, & yahoo. So after all this, does any1 know if you using a not so popular web host, makes a difference, or is it like I thought, your search standings are determined by your meta tags, title descriptions, and other various things?? Please some1 spell this out for me in laymen terms that I will understand, becuz I'm no computer wizard!!
