How Do I Play Burned Wii Games On The Homebrew Channel?

Hi, I just downloaded the homebrew channel onto my wii. I currently have the browser and a couple of old games, but I'm having trouble getting games like call of duty 5. From my understanding, you have to download the wii backup launcher and then burn discs. If so, how do i download the backup launcher and how do I burn discs. If that is not the way you do it please tell me what I have to do. PLEASE HELP!!!...
