Cum se face borsul taranesc, reteta culinara pentru bors taranesc Ingrediente 7 l apa, 1 kg carne de vitel sau de porc, 1 ceapa, 1 gulie, 2 morcovi, 2 radacini de patrunjel, 1 pastarnac, 1/2 telina, 2 cartofi, 1 legatura patrunjel verde, 1 pachet delikat bors magic. Mod de preparare Pui oala pe foc si cand fierbi apa, adaugi carnea taiata cuburi si o lasi sa fiarba putin. Apoi adaugi ceapa si dupa ce a dat cateva clocote impreuna cu ceapa, pui restul de zarzavat (fara cartofi) si le fierbi pe toate la un loc. Dupa ce sunt aproape fierte, adaugi si cartofii si ii mai dai in cateva clocote. Pui delikat bors magic, amesteci si e gata borsul. Pofta buna!... http://www.bucatarul.com/bors-taranesc/
