Freestanding Wii Apps From Homebrew Channel?

I would like to make the Gecko OS 9, Ocarina, and a few other homebrew apps to have their own freestanding channels so i dont have to keep loading the homebrew channel every time i want to access these apps. now im pretty sure this is possible, having seen a breif glimpse of it in a vid i saw on youtube, but i cant find anything with a google search. http://www.wii-games.asia/nintendo-wii...
