The history of Pollution Control Products Co. is the history of "burn-off" ovens. The Company was founded in 1971 to build and market pollution-free furnaces for industrial use in removing hydrocarbons from various metal parts. The first "ovens" - Stator Reclamation Furnaces - were built in 1970 for stripping electric motor stators so they could be rewound.
