Harding Park is located on a peninsula that is surrounded by Lake Merced in the South west corner of San Francisco. It is considered one of the greatest experiences in the world to golf there, since extensive renovations were undertaken in 2002. This year the course is a Par 72 and is 7,137 Yards. The U.S. Team this year is Captained by Fred Couples and has Jay Haas as Co-Captain. The two Captain’s picks are Lucas Glover and Hunter Mahan while the top men on the U.S. Team include Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Kenny Perry, Zach Johnson, Steve Stricker, Stewart Cink, Sean O’Hair, Jim Furyk, Justin Leonard and Anthony Kim.
