Cum se pregateste vitelul cu masline, reteta culinara pentru vitel cu masline Ingrediente 400 g carne de vitel, 200 g masline verzi, 1 ardei gras, 2 linguri ulei. Mod de preparare Speli carnea si o tai in 4 felii subtiri. Tai bucati de hartie mai mari, le ungi pe dos cu putin ulei (pe partea care va fi in tava) si pe hartie pui carnea, maslinele fara samburi si ardeiul taiat fasii subtiri. Pui si restul uleiului, apoi impachetezi hartia. Asezi cele 4 pachete intr-o tava mai mare si dai la cuptor. Carnea va iesi foarte frageda, coapta la aburi si vei avea la masa o friptura excelenta, usor de preparat si gustoasa.... http://www.bucatarul.com/vitel-cu-masl...
