Sos de coacaze sau de agrise

Cum se face sosul de coacaze, reteta pentru sos de coacaze sau de agrise Ingrediente 200-300 g coacaze sau agrise, 100 g smantana, 30 g faina, 300-400 ml apa, zahar, sare. Mod de preparare Coacazele curatate de codite se pun la fiert cu apa, timp de 15-20 minute. Intre  timp, se amesteca separat, intr-o cratita, smantana, zaharul si faina dizolvata cu zeama fiarta de la coacaze. Dupa ce sosul s-a omogenizat, se adauga piureul obtinut din coacaze si, pentru ca sosul sa nu fie prea gros, se mai adauga apa calda. Se potriveste la gust de zahar, sare si se mai da totul in fiert.
